This is one of my usual breakfast sets.
I used to π it with Kaya and butter but as I grow older, I prefer it to be plain toast and dip in the half boiled egg seasoned with dark soy sauce.
Not forgetting my favorite tea with milk.

Yes, that’s a simple meal, must try it one day, I just have a couple pieces of toast with margarine on it and a cup f tea.
I used to have something on the toast but I suffer, with indigestion, so I would sooner go without anything on my toast.

Oh, plain toast taste nice with the egg. It’s something I learnt from my husband. And I find its more healthy, minus the sweetness and fats from the spreads. π
I usually prefer tea and a boiled egg or two or half an apple if I can manage. A hurried breakfast for me includes either an apple or a toast with tea. π

Definitely a healthy breakfast. π but I just cannot feel full if I have just an apple.
I usually have two boiled eggs and some “digestion” tea (includes fennel and probiotic) with some really good German honey. If I work out, then I have a kale and spinach omelet.
Digestion tea? Sounds interesting, is it with ginger?
yes, yes – ginger, fennel and pro-biotic
Maybe I should have those. Always have bloated tummy.
